Different people want different things from their Karate
and we don't know what you want unless you tell us.

This page has been set up so that you can have your say about your likes and dislikes in your Karate Training. In addition to this, in the coming months we will be providing "themed" lessons which will be looking at different aspects of karate and how to apply your skills in different ways.

One of the themed lessons we're considering is disarming someone who threatens you with a knife. If you have some other ideas that you would like to see or explore, please submit your ideas and suggestions in the form below and we'll reply to you. Please rest assured that your suggestions will be handled in total confidence as they will only be sent to the two owners of Ruach Karate Clubs.
